Phil is an engineer who worked at Intel and AMD in the mobile and battery groups for 20 years.  He now applies his engineering and battery knowledge to marine systems.  Having sailed on SF Bay and the Gulf of the Farallons for over 40 years, with more than 30,000 open ocean miles including many trips to/from Hawaii, delivery of a yacht from North Carolina to Puerto Vallarta, the west coast of Mexico, and two trips around Cape Horn.  An engineer who knows what sailors need and expect.  Whether you need a simple upgrade such as adding an AIS, or VHF signal strength measurements or you need a comprehensive power system re-wire, instruments upgrade, battery system design, or a solar solution, Boat Electric Solutions will provide an ABYC compliant solution that meet your needs.
